Jody, I think your evidence is clearly aligned with your learning goals. Because the evidence asks students to engage in oral explanations, give examples, and reflect on their own learning, assessing their learning will not be a difficult task for you. Nice job!
I also like how you are very concise with the evidence and how you are using many different media features to measure students' knowledge of your topic.
Perhaps when you go to actually teach this lesson, you could define digital citizenship not just in terms of what it is, but also in terms of what it is not. I find (as I am sure you have too, that by giving examples of what something is not, it helps students understand what something really is. For example, courtesy and respect is NOT FLAMING SOMEONE IN ALL CAPITAL LETTERS, but is responding respectfully with someone with whom you disagree.
